What Are My Shipping & Delivery Options?
We offer a flat rate of $8.95 for Australia Post Standard eParcel shipping on orders under 5kg* (excluding WA, NT, and TAS). If your order does not meet the above criteria, we offer shipping at the following rates:

- Tracked Regular Post to NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA & WA: 3 - 14 Business Days* after dispatch.
- Metro orders are shipped via Couriers Please.
- Regional orders are shipped via Australia Post.
- Tracked Regular Australia Post to TAS: 7 - 14 Business Days* after dispatch.
- Shipped via Australia Post.
- Tracked Regular Australia Post to NT: 7 - 14 Business Days* after dispatch.
- Shipped via Australia Post.
Trade Orders
- 3 - 14 Business Days* after dispatch.
- Metro orders are shipped via Couriers Please.

What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?
