MUVO Ultra Rose Shampoo is perfect for your pink adventure. From dusty rose to bright pink tones, we invite you to experiment with our uber cool rose suds. This hydrating formula will ensure your locks maintain moisture & optimum hair health. Refer to the MUVO Ultra Rose timing guide in the usage tab below to set your preferred tone.
For soft hues: Apply to wet or dry hair, lather and leave in for 1-3 minutes depending on the amount of rose required. Rinse thoroughly. Our Rose takes very quickly to pre-coloured or bleached hair. In this case, mix with your everyday shampoo for subtle pink hues. For brighter tones: Apply to wet or dry hair. Massage in and leave for 5-10 minutes depending on depth of colour intended. Rinse thoroughly.

Shipping costs are $10 for retail customers on all orders under $99 and $15 for trade customers on all orders under $249.
We generally require 1-4 business days to process and dispatch orders. This is not inclusive of orders made from 12pm Friday afternoon and over the weekend.
Although our team do their best to ensure orders are dispatched within 1-4 business days, in times of higher than normal order volume, this timeframe may be extended.
The shipping times mentioned below are an estimate only, and are based on information provided from Australia Post. All parcels are sent via Australia Post e-Parcel.
Items such as salon equipment, furniture, and dangerous goods are excluded from the times mentioned.

What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?
If we’re unable to source item/s you’ve purchased, we can either backorder the product and dispatch once it’s in store, or refund the item/s.
I purchased the incorrect items/no longer want my order - can I cancel?
Once an order has been confirmed, we’re unable to make any amendments or cancellations. If you no longer want/need the products you’ve purchased, you will need to send the items back to us for an exchange/refund.

Can I return something I've purchased?
We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on an item you purchased from us - simply contact us within 30 days of your order date.
Change of Mind
If you've had a change of heart about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.
Faulty Item
If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, and a photo or short video of the fault.
Allergy Return
In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately.

Incorrect Item/Damaged on Arrival
If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please don't dispose of the item until we've had a chance to chat with you.

To request a return, please email us at customerservice@beautopia.com.au quoting your order number, and attaching a photo or short video of the fault.
Please ensure you have emailed us before sending your item back - it makes the process a lot easier.

One of our Customer Happiness Coordinators will contact you via email with instructions on how to get your item back to us.
Pack & Send
Pack up your item carefully, so it reaches us safely . You can re-use your Beautopia Hair & Beauty packaging, or a similar sized box if you no longer have it.
Following the instructions emailed to you, print your return shipping label, and tape it to the front of the box.
Drop the parcel off at either an Australia Post Outlet, in a free standing post office box, or in your parcel locker.
Then what happens?
Returns from metro areas usually arrive to us within 7 business days, and can be longer from regional or remote areas. We will process your exchange, refund or store credit within 2 business days of your return arriving back to us.
We'll be in touch as soon as your return is complete.

Am I eligible for free return shipping?
If you'd like to confirm whether your return will be eligible for free return shipping, please contact our customer service team directly. Unfortunately we are not able to cover return postage fees on all return types.
If my Change of Mind return isn't received in re-saleable condition, what happens?
If we receive your return and it isn't in the condition outlined in our returns policy, the item will not be approved for refund - we’ll contact you straight away to let you know.
I've purchased an electrical item that is still under warranty - what happens now?
Please contact us within the warranty period, and we will be happy to assist. Please note that some electrical warranties are processed through the Australian Distributor directly, and you may be asked to return the product directly to the supplier.
